After harvesting the garlic, we transport it to our cold storage facilities. We have over 200 cold storage units, each capable of storing 1,000 tons of garlic. All of these units are equipped with smart technology, allowing temperature control, oxygen release, and quality checks through a mobile app. Our cold storage technology is cutting-edge on a global scale, enabling preservation for up to two years.
